Selkie Ladies Tweed Gilet

New for Spring from Maude and Fox - the Selkie grey tweed gilet made with a soft and feminine tweed from Scotland with a teal fleece lining.

High neck and low back keep the chill out and create a flattering line. Large fleece lined pockets are handy for stashing things away. 

We have named this gilet the Selkie after asking our customers for ideas - the Selkie is a mystical mythical creature in Scottish, Irish and Nordic folklore about a half human, half fish creature that turns into a seal in water. Also Selkies were always incredibly attractive!! We felt the sea and the teal lining went beautifully together along with the seal grey tweed. 

A very pretty colour and a flattering fit finishing top of thigh at the front and dipping at the back. 

Sizing wise a Medium is an M and goes up and down from there so an XL a 16.
