Houndstooth Gamekeeper Tweed Hoodie

This is an exceptionally well-made garment - houndstooth tweed with a warm fleece lining, suede trimmed cuffs and suede shoulder patches. It's warm and comfortable and oozes quality workmanship and materials. Spring in Yorkshire can be cold and windy, but I'm warm enough in this, even with just a thin shirt - or bare chest - under it. There's ample room to comfortably raise and swing a gun, and the 'kangaroo pouch' pocket will take the contents of a box of cartridges. I've had to spend a little time devising a method for getting into it and out of it (head first? arms first?), but that's maybe because it's my first ever hoodie in nearly 70 years of jacket wearing. Shipping was speedy, communication with the company was good. It's not cheap, but well worth the money.
